Details of this retreat

"For Easter is the sign of peace, not pain." ~A Course in Miracles
This Easter, join Bharata Wingham for a weekend journey through A Course in Miracles. We begin with a bird's-eye overview of the Course: how it came, what it is, and what it says.
From there we turn to three of its central goals: finding inner peace for ourselves, working miracles, and reclaiming our true Identity as we reconnect with our inner guide and teacher. We'll go deeper into the teachings, clarify the ideas that most often puzzle students, and answer your questions about what the Course means by miracles and how we perform them.
"...this course was sent to open up the path of light to us, and teach us, step by step, how to return to the eternal Self we thought we lost." ~A Course in Miracles
The Heart of the Course
Over the weekend we'll cover key metaphysical principles of the Course, including:

The role Easter plays in ACIM: who, or what, is resurrected?
What miracles are, and why you are entitled to them
The three-step process the Course gives us for forgiveness
What the ego is, and why our "little I" is committed to keeping us unhappy
The mind's fundamental distinction between the real and the unreal, between knowledge and perception, and the two thought systems that follow from it
Why "projection makes perception," and how that shapes all our relationships
Why forgiving ourselves and others is the key to happiness, and is always justified
Why the Course asks us to look within at what bothers us, and to do it without judgment
The ego's scarcity principle and its effects on our relationships
The three major types of relationships in ACIM

"Seek not outside yourself. For it will fail... Heaven cannot be found where it is not, and there can be no peace excepting there." ~A Course in Miracles
The Course's principles can guide you through the times when forgiveness doesn't come easily. They can help you open your heart, restore your health and joy, and end conflict. Come learn how forgiveness and Yoga combine to transform your experience of love for yourself, others, and the world. You'll travel light, and journey lightly back to the Home you never left.
What People Say
ACIM concepts were explained with remarkable simplicity in a short program like this. Time flew by too fast, which is usually an indication of how absorbed we were. Bharata displayed patience, levity, grace, and an ability to promote curiosity and application of principles. I want to thank Bharata for the gift of this weekend. ~Sam Desai
Bharata is a great teacher and leader. His course was engaging, fun, and extremely helpful, providing useful tools and techniques to help me choose love and spirit. He teaches with love in his own unique way, which supports the course material's principles of gratitude, love, acceptance, and communication. ~T.J. McPhaul
This weekend offers a fantastic overview of A Course in Miracles. The concepts are presented clearly and are digestible, even though they are obviously very deep and profound. There was plenty of time for application as well. ~Ryann Wayne
Authentic, clear message, complex material presented in a digestible and enjoyable way. The course gave me hope that there is a way to come out of the box of the mind. ~Neli Ramirez
