10:45-11:30: Healthy breakfast smoothie/nutrition overview
11:30-12:00: Misc. class/ activity (paddle boarding, kayaking, yoga, biking etc.)
12:00-12:30: Resistance training/Myoware MRT session/Flexibility
12:30-2:00: Back to the resort for chef prepared lunch at Ocean Hai
