A Day On Retreat..

You delight in exotic floral fragrances and feel the gentle ocean breeze as you relax and gain a deeper appreciation of personal time each day. Comfortably embraced in this peaceful shady nook, you enjoy every bite of your flavorful breakfast as you anticipate an exciting day ahead...
An hour later, beneath a sacred, centuries-old Chalata tree, your'e enjoying your morning yoga or Pilates exercises, stretching and twisting your body and exulting in the joyful flow of energy that courses through your limbs. Inspired by the ocean sights and sounds you feel yourself building new strength, balance and flexibility. Never have you felt such peace, clarity and inner stillness.
Some days you will engage in powerful hypnotherapy sessions to build your self-confidence and self-esteem. On other days you will learn tangible mind- body techniques to help you problem solve, alleviate doubt and anxiety, and create positive change in your life.
You will also enjoy personal relaxation time each day that you could use to relax by the pool, on the beach or enjoy one of our artistic explorations. Feel the joy of creating freely without judgement or the need for perfection, just enjoying your personal flair!
At lunch you be nurtured with healthy gourmet vegetarian meals and mentally stimulated by engaging discussions thoroughly aligned with journaling experiences to create positive change in your self -perspective and in your life. In the evening we will join for a sunset sharing circle to reflect on the days events, share our personal insights and enjoy the natural splendor!
We will end the day with another delicious meal made with love you can taste and a delightful dessert we will savor with any afterthoughts of the day and joyful anticipation for tomorrow!
