Do you have the call for a change? Would you like to let go of old patterns that hold you back from living the life you want? In this eight-day intensive breathwork retreat, we provide a safe space to give you the opportunity to face your emotions and feelings that you may have avoided your whole life.

We will teach you different breathwork, yoga and meditation styles to help you to let go of these stored emotions. They will help you as well to reconnect with your real power! You will take back 100% responsibility for your own life and meet your true self – the first step to a happy and self-determined life.

We will practice daily breathwork, yoga, meditation, mantras, journaling, and affirmations to deepen the healing process in ourselves.

Healthy plant-based food, and an amazingly supportive group will help you to let go even more.

Your breath will be your guide through this journey!

Unique in southern Germany is the YOGAHAUS Samvit, an oasis of peace, beautifully situated on a hill at the edge of the forest with 6000m² garden and view to the Schliersee. Schliersee is a recognized climatic health resort and is located in the Miesbacher Oberland, the "soul of Bavaria", at the foot of the Alps - similar to the foothills of the Himalayas.

Schedule

7.00 – 8.15 am: 75 min Hatha/Vinyasa/Synergy yoga based on the theme specific to that day

8.15 am: Tea Break

8.30 – 11:00 am: Group Breathwork Session
2hr Conscious Connected Breathing based on the chakra theme specific to that day.

11.00 am: Healthy Plant-Based Brunch

12.00 pm: Free time/Talks/Workshops
During the afternoon you have guided workshops, time to relax, time for the journaling exercises, time to connect with the group or just time to read a book.

4.00 – 5.30 pm: Yin Yoga
90 min based on the chakra theme specific to that day with a long, deep relaxation in the end.

6.00 – 7.15 pm: Healthy Plant-Based Dinner

8.00 – 9.00 pm: Meditation

Munich Airport - then take the train to Munich Main Station and follow the description below

The closest train station is Fischhausen-Neuhaus. We will pick you up from that train station. There is an hourly train from Munich main station.

Accommodation

Our rooms are divided in a 4 bed dorm, twin (or double) rooms and private accomodation. Please bring your own towels and bed linen. If it is not possible for you to bring those things, please contact us. We will find a solution together.

The YOGAHAUS Samvit is not a hotel but a place of encounter, and a place of silence and contemplation. The YOGAHAUS Samvit offers its guests the necessary space to recharge their batteries or just to pause. A place similar to an Indian ashram. An ashram is a place of retreat, study, devotion to study and meditation.
