Sonia is a young Spanish practitioner of Medicine Path, Phytotherapist and she has previous studies on Gestalt Therapy, as well as being a Mountain Girl her whole life so she is connected to the elements and has developed intuition that allows her to understand the movement of the energy to contain the space and help people free them selves. She also has studies of Ancestral Woman linages and the use of the Yoni Egg to empowerment of Woman.
Also Sonia has a Fresh Nature that holds the Dance and Art as part of her Healing therapies to help others release pain and open them selves to the senses of the Body.
At the moment Sonia is Developing, studying and going trough Medicine Iniciations next to Devi Chandra Ma as a Mentor in Casa Lotus.

Through this private ceremony we want to offer the possibility to all to reach high levels of vibration, consciousness and freedom.
We will provide the tools with a deep meditation and tantric breath practice before we enter into our individual medicine ceremony to awake and be free, but contained, and guided the whole time.
With a meditative breath work to go deep into our soul, Tantra to recognize our full creation in a sacred state and way with the amazing touch of the Divine communion with Toad Medicine.

A beacon of light
This was my first ever healing retreat and I am deeply grateful Sonia was one of the facilitators. You could see and feel how passionate she was with helping everybody out, taking care compassionately of the group and guiding you gently and kindly during the ceremonies. Amazing family and healing
It was my first healing retreat and I could have not chosen a better group of caring and expert individuals.
During the entire experience I have felt well-informed and taken care of, from testing the ground by asking all sorts of questions and booking the retreat with Alise, to join Chandra, Sonia and all the other facilitators in a wonderful location in Portugal where they made sure I had everything I needed.
Although I cannot put in words how awakening and impactful on my life this experience has been, I can only stress out how I completely trusted Chandra and Sonia from the very beginning, their aura exudes kindness and compassion.
