πΏ Day 1 β Arrival, Preparation & Ceremony
Arrival by 12:00 at the latest and time to settle into the house and surrounding land.
Orientation to the space and the rhythm of the retreat.
π§ One-on-One Psychotherapy Session to prepare for the experience, clarify intentions, and explore your relationship with ADHD (or anything else that comes up) and the mind.
π Private Psilocybin Ceremony
Because this is a private retreat, the exact timing of the day can be adjusted to what feels most supportive. However, the ceremony will not start later than 14:00. Also, it is essential that you fast for at least 4 hours before the ceremony.
After the ceremony, there is time to rest, reflect, and gently land the experience. You'll be fully supported all along!
π½οΈ Vegetarian/Vegan meal in the evening and quiet time.

Day 2 β Reflection & Closing

Time to walk the land, sit in nature, or rest before departure.
