Private Psilocybin Retreat
Would highly recommend as a wonderful psilocybin retreat experience!
Nestled in the Douro Valley, The Lighthouse was an easy train ride from Porto. If you sit on the right side of the train there is a great view of the Douro River when you arrive at Mosteiro. Ishar and Luciana were able to pick me from the train station and it was short ride to the retreat where I was enthusiastically greeted by Chuma!
The home is surrounded in nature and a perfect setting for a retreat with many quiet spaces to relax and reflect. A quick orientation to the home and walk around the property helped me understand the space and other places in nature to chill. Luciana’s kind and compassionate approach put me at ease after a few minutes of chatting and I knew I was in good hands. The ceremony and breathing exercises were a great start and helped to settle my mind before the psilocybin started working.
Thanks for the great food, and conversations, very much appreciated. Ishar and Luciana love what they do and it was easy to see during my stay.
