Do you need support to come alongside you and help you to cultivate the life you want? It might be your internal need for peace & healing. It might be your external need for change, organization & focus. It can be tied to your need to get centered, get motivated, get grounded, and get on with it.
I am here to help you to create opportunity and purpose in the spaces and places in which you live.
The World has become a very challenging place, and I find that so many of us just live on the edge, trying to sustain it all, without stopping to assess it and make sure it all makes sense. And once we do figure it out, how do we achieve and then sustain THAT?
Using the tenants of mind-body-spirit, The New Nest Retreats are about gaining space to be intentional, to think, process, and learn.
Details of this retreat
These meaningful self-guided Retreats are carefully created for people who do not have the time and/or the funds to go on a destination Retreat, but who still really need time and space to reflect, think, process, and grow.
There are two types of Retreats, depending on your availability, your budget, and your goals.
The first type is a THEMED RETREAT and is available immediately for the very low cost of $55 for a 24 hour retreat and $75 for a 36 hour Retreat.
The second type is a highly customized Retreat created from conversations and questions about you and what you are looking or. It takes 30 days to build this Retreat for you and cost is $259.
It is very important that you have a quiet space for your Retreat. They can be conducted in your own home if you can essentially lock yourself away (in a good way) or you can find a nice AirBnb or similar place to get away. We also have places we can recommend depending on your location.
You will also be required to commit to unplugging other than to access some of the elements on line, such as a music playlist or a podcast.
All the details are worked out for you. These are truly meant to give you a good deal of impact in a short time without breaking the bank.

Schedule
Your time includes reflection, some "free time", movement, meditation, breath work, writing, and some structured activities. Each Retreat varies and is determined by the needs of the individual.
