With a 𝗺𝗮x𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝟯 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, each retreat remains intimate and deeply supported, allowing the work with the medicine to unfold in a safe and grounded way.
  • 🎶 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 : 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: songs learned from African shamans (direct apprenticeship from various traditions).

Profound and Sacred Experience
Amayama is a beautiful, sacred space that is reminiscent of the Amazon. The facilitators are very qualified, warm, welcoming and caring. In addition to Aya, they offer a plentiful of pleasant activities and local food. Its been my second time to attend a ceremony with Axis/Chiara, and it was profound experience to say the least. The landscape surrounding the area is perfect for hiking and the beach is is within 15-20 mins. I would highly recommned them.

A deeply transformative experience
As someone who had never tried ayahuasca before, I came here for a new experience. What I left with is a spiritual awakening, all the way from being a non believer to someone who is now convinced the world has more wonders and magic than we know.

Amayama is the perfect place for that experience and a lot more.

The accommodation and food: The house is set in a peaceful corner of the world and has everything you need for multiple experiential journeys. There is a fully fitted out modern accommodation with spacious rooms, a jungle for those seeking nature and a temple that celebrates all faiths. I was constantly amazed by how tasty the food and recipes were with only healthy ingredients. The paella is the best I've had.

The people: Axis, Chiara, Vicente and Sylvie are deeply knowledgeable and fundamentally kind people. They are masters of introducing you to aya and supporting you through your journey. Each of my ceremonies were completely different experiences where I could explore this wonder while feeling completely safe and comfortable. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is happening to you, process what you've seen and then have the tools to apply it to your life later.

Ayahuasca itself gives you whatever your mind and body truly need, even when you consciously don't know. It always suprised me by turning my superficial intentions into exactly what I needed in my life at the moment. I leave feeling great about my myself, my body and my entire existence.

Thank you amayama and ayahuasca.

Experience
I had an amazing experience at this retreat. The venue itself is perfect — peaceful, serene, and the ideal place to unwind and reconnect. But what truly makes this place special are the people. Their warmth, care, and energy created an atmosphere that felt welcoming and inspiring from the very beginning. I left feeling renewed and grateful, and I know for sure that I’ll be returning.

A Spiritual and Physical Healing 💚
This retreat wasn’t my first time at Amayama ! Going back brings a strong feeling of coming home and at the same time of a new beginning. Layer by layer, Axis and Chiara have accompanied me, with their wisdom, incredible experience, love, care and healing abilities, in what I can only describe as a spiritual and physical rebirth.

Not only did I find answers to my deep rooted spiritual questions since childhood, but I also experienced an unexpected and incredible healing of a 12 year old auto-immune disease (Hashimoto).

For more than 10 years, I had to take daily Thyroid medications in high doses and struggled with hypothyroid related symptoms (low energy, slow metabolism, brain fog, hair loss, weight gain, etc.). Today I am completely free, both of the medication and of the symptoms. After extensive blood tests over several months, I can officially say that I am cured !
A big part of this healing came through the Soma sessions I did with Axis, which supported a profound physical release and rebalancing in my body.
It still feels surreal…this illness had ruled my daily life for so many years, and suddenly I was free of it ! It now seems as a long distant memory and never have I been so full of energy (to the dismay of those close to me, who I now exhaust 😬) ! It’s like rediscovering both body and heart !

Every step of the way, Axis and Chiara have been present to help and support this healing process but also to accompany me after the retreat in the so important integration process !

In this mind blowing journey, I found healing, deep peace and a renewed gratitude for being alive.

And how not to talk about the property…!! The garden that lets you travel to the jungle, the temple that is magical in so many ways (Gracias, Aya! 🙏), the house full of life, and the incredible food prepared with so much love…everything is made to make you feel at Home, to make you feel held and secure.

Such intense experiences need a safe, sacred space to blossom. I am so very grateful for having found that space, where everything is led with Heart and Truth. I am deeply grateful to every member of Amayama’s team: Axis and Chiara, whose guidance is beyond words, and also Vincente and Sylvie, who make the house feel like family and nourish everyone with such warmth and care. 💚💚💚

There are no words to explain how transformative this experience, this journey is... Maybe only this, to paraphrase Axis : It is a path that allows us to become our most authentic self, full of life, light and joy !

Gracias, gracias, gracias, to everyone of you, who bring Light and Love into the world with such grace and talent ! 🙏🙏🙏
