The yoga classes primarily focus on meditation and gentle stretching to promote physical relaxation and mental tranquility, suitable for practitioners of all levels.

Important Note:
As part of APL Shamanic Journeys' standard procedures, all participants undergo a thorough pre-screening medical process following the booking. This critical step ensures the safe usage of Ayahuasca, minimizing the risk of adverse reactions. While they have never experienced any medical emergency throughout their five years of work, their facilitators are Red Cross certified for first aid assistance, and they have a car at the property in case of the need to drive to the nearest hospital arises, which is located within a 20-minute drive. Furthermore, they have a doctor available in the hospital who can provide medical assistance in case of an emergency.

Our retreat is located on the serene west coast of Spain, approximately a 60-minute drive from Malaga Airport. For your convenience, we recommend arranging flights to Malaga Airport.

Transfer

To streamline the transfer process, we establish group chats on the Telegram App two weeks before each retreat. Here, participants share their flight details, enabling us to organize transfers from Malaga Airport to our retreat center effectively. The cost of these transfers can be divided among the participants, with each van having the capacity to accommodate up to eight individuals. This collaborative approach ensures a cost-effective and sociable start to your retreat experience.

Immerse in the charm of our mansion retreat adorned with antiques and art. Relax on our terrace with views of the pool and countryside. Our garden hosts games and a tranquil pool area with eco-deck chairs. Nestled in a 400-hectare estate, explore an olive grove, a lake, hilltop art, and stables. Encounter diverse native wildlife amidst this picturesque sanctuary.

We carefully adhere to an Ayahuasca dietary protocol during our retreats to ensure participants' well-being and reduce health risks during ceremonies.

• - Travel Insurance: It is vital to ensure that you have appropriate travel insurance coverage for the duration of your retreat. We kindly request that you organize your travel insurance to protect yourself and your belongings during your journey.
• - Transfers to/from the Airport: Transportation to and from the airport is not included in the retreat package. However, our team is available to assist you in arranging transfers for a seamless and comfortable journey between the airport and the retreat center.
• - Private Sound Therapy Session: While our retreat program offers group sound therapy sessions, personalized private sound therapy sessions are not included. If you wish to experience the profound benefits of a private session, please inquire with our team for availability and pricing.
• - Therapy with Specialists Before and After Retreats: While our retreat program includes group integration circles and support, personalized therapy sessions with specialists before and after the retreat is not included. However, should you desire individual therapy sessions to enhance your journey, our team can provide recommendations and assist with scheduling.
