Manuel Cardoso is a Yogi born and raised in the 80's from Porto, Portugal, founder of Yantra Centro Holistico est. 2006 .
For the past 20 years Yantra has been holding a space with the right conditions for Yoga & Ayurveda in Porto's downtown, promoting holistic well-being and mindfulness with regular local students and visitors from literally all over the world!
Presently Manuel spends half of his time in the mountains of Soajo, where he runs his most recent project, the Yantra Yoga Camp.
The retreat center was created to provide with a deeper experience for students and traveller fellow Yogis that want to deepen their practice amongst the natural elements and lush nature with the support of an experienced and dedicated teacher.

YOGA RETREAT
at Yantra Yoga Camp, in the mountains of Serra de Soajo, Portugal .
Our retreat center is encompassed by the lush nature of the native fauna & flora , teeming with pure crystalline water sources and natural pools amidst impressive granite formations along wild rivers.
This retreat is designed to permanently enhance your practice through Yoga Sadhana, Prānāyāma (breath work) and deep immersion in the peace and quiet of the natural elements in the dreamy landscape of a natural reserve.

- Prānāyāma - Conscious expansion of the vital breath.
- Kumbhaka - Suspension of time in the retention of prana.

15:00 🧘🏻 Dhyānāsana & Meditation - Still body , awakened mind. (by the river)
17:00 🧘🏾♀️ Trāṭaka – Purification & focus through sight. (by the river)
