A magical space to truly heal
I feel so blessed to have found this magic little spot nestled in the mountains of Urubamba.
During my time staying here I was able to enjoy several different experiences including medicinal flower baths, cacao ceremonies, ceremonial massage, ancestral healing guided visualization and private Huachuma and Ayahuasca ceremonies with one on one integration.

Where do I begin? All experiences were absolutely perfect for me at exactly the right time. And that's what I loved about working with Diana and Matiyu and the intimacy of the retreat; we were able to review the schedule and shimmy things if it didn't feel right for that moment.
I am super grateful that I got to have my first plant medicine experiences in this setting. The way Diana and Matiyu hold space made me feel comfortable and safe to surrender. Since being at Amaruanka, I have experienced other ceremonies and can appreciate even more how special my experiences were and how much respect they have for the medicine, creating a true ceremonial healing space.

Even without any treatments or medicine, the location of the center itself is incredibly healing. Watching the garden change shape each day was so nourishing - hummingbirds feeding from the blossoms, eagles gliding overhead, surrounded by the beautiful Apu mountains. My deeper connection with Pachamama is one of the things I am most grateful for from my stay at Amaruanka.
The ceremonial healing massage I had with Diana was much more than bodywork (though her touch is absolutely amazing). I guess the clue is in the name, but it's the ceremonial aspect that made it truly special. Diana seems to intuitively know what you're going through and brings in crystals, sounds, scent, and other touches to support as needed. I just melted into the massage table and released what no longer served me.
Wherever you are in your healing journey, I can't recommend Amaruanka enough!!

Beautiful location and kind hosts.
Came here with my girlfriend -- Diana and Matiyu were kind and gracious hosts. It is a safe and beautiful space in a wonderful location. The food was fresh and great. We ended our retreat early and left before scheduled because we felt there were belief differences that we weren't comfortable with. We felt uncomfortable with Diana smoking Mapacho (Peruvian Tobacco) while she breast fed her baby, and that they were preaching a belief system onto us that was esoteric and left little room for us to have our own experience. Again, this is a safe and wonderful space, but it might not jive with folks who are a bit more scientific minded.

Peaceful place in the heart of nature
Highlights from my experience: ceremonial flower baths, cacau ceremony and a 1-1 therapy with Diana.

I am very grateful for this place and the kindhearted people who run it!

The location is peaceful in nature and a place I always feel incredibly safe. Diana and Matiyu hold space beautifully in a very gentle way. You can feel that they put their hearts into their work and really care about what they do. Not only that but I could also feel how much experience they have in working with holding space for others to heal. I would recommend Amaruanka to anyone who visits Urubamba.

This is a place where deep healing takes place and where you'are welcome to come as you are. Thank you!

Calm the mind, relax and rejuvenate @ Amaruanka
I attended a floral bath and cacao ceremony in November and absolutely loved it ❤. Amaruanka is a peaceful spot surrounded by nothing but nature. Diana is an Earth Mama and from the start she made me feel welcomed and her calm energy was really lovely to be around. I loved it so much that in December I attended a Women’s workshop. I will keep heading to Amaruanka as long as I am in the Sacred Valley. I highly recommend the healing centre to anyone wanting to calm the mind, relax and recharge. Thanks guys Susan ???????????? x

Amaruanka is a little oasis for healing and finding peace
I found Amaruanka through a recommendation of a friend, who told me about Diana’s womb healing sessions. I messaged Diana and immediately felt the calling to go and see her and receive one of her healing sessions.

Amaruanka is a beautiful oasis of quiet and piece that is often hard to find especially when you’re traveling. Diana and her partner are lovely and very welcoming making you feel comfortable and cared after immediately.

Diana has a beautiful kind and gentle presence and you can feel that she deeply cares about the people she’s working with. She’s very authentic and her treatment was both deep, relaxing and nurturing at the same time. She made me realize that healing yourself doesn’t have to be super intense and challenging all the time but can also be done with a lot of love and compassion.

She has a lot of wisdom to share, I highly recommend to go and see her and stay at Amaruanka if you can!
