Candace experienced the many benefits of Hatha and Restorative Yoga which inspired her to complete her 200h Yoga teacher training with Johann Kotze in Cape Town South Africa.
Candace improved in her own practice, gained strength, healed injuries and discovered a calmness and clarity that she loves to share in her classes and with her teacher training students.
Candace teaches Hatha and Yin Yoga both online and in person in the United States.
Candace is excellent at teaching asana, and with her extensive dancing experience, lifestyle/diet expertise and life as a working yoga teacher, she has had alot of success training new Yoga teachers. Candace also offers annual international Yoga retreats and additional online classes and courses. Candace has a strong following with her gentle yoga classes, a style that is so needed and very well received by clients of all ages and levels. Candace is very passionate about Yoga, health, lifestyle, animals, music, travel and our beautiful mother earth.

We will embark on excursions to open our minds and hearts, expanding our mindset and inviting a deep sense of peace and connection to the sacred energy of Mother Earth.
Visiting highlights such as Machu Picchu and P’isaq as well as local markets. It is beautiful ll to become immersed in the local food and culture when traveling to new countries and we will do exactly that!
In addition to daily yoga we will have optional ceremonies such as cacao, Sound and A Temazcal.
