On the day of arrival, we will have a one-on-one talk in which we discuss what questions or topics are most relevant for your retreat and how we can best support you.
In this conversation, we also discuss a possible daily schedule.
We have a suggested daily schedule that is suitable for most retreat guests. However, this is only a suggestion and - depending on the goal of your retreat - you can deviate partially or completely from it.
In any case, you are free to design your retreat according to your own needs and wishes.

07:00 - 08:00 Sitting in silence / meditation
08:00 - 08:30 Sitting in silence / meditation (or yoga / Tai Chi / jogging single-handedly)
08:30 - 09:30 Breakfast
09:30 - 10:30 Attentive walk in nature
10:30 - 11:00 Creative expression: Writing, drawing, etc.
11:00 - 12:00 Reading (library books are available in English and German)
12:00 - 12:15 one-on-one talk and retreat supervision (according to your demand)
12:15 - 13:00 Practicing loving care and kindness
13:00 - 13:30 Brainwave Entrainment
13:30 - 14:30 Small lunch
14:30 - 15:30 Siesta / nap
15:30 - 16:30 Sitting in silence / meditation, or: Garden meditation / walking meditation
16:30 - 17:30 Contemplation or answering self-reflection questions
17:30 - 18:30 Creative expression: Writing, drawing, etc.
18:30 - 19:30 Light dinner
19:30 - 21:00 Evening Walk
21:00 - 21:30 Leisure
21:30 Sitting in Silence / meditation (open end)
Only the starting times for the group meditations in the morning at 7 a.m. and in the evening between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. (depending on the season) are fixed. Participation in these sessions is welcome but always optional.
