Your Guides
Elizabeth has been leading retreats for about 3 1/2 years with The Sacred Healing Center and The Mayan Garden. She received her certification and training when studying in Vietnam in 2018. Her passion for exploring the world, teaching and guiding yoga has brought her to The Sacred Healing Center and The Mayan Garden family. She speaks both English and Spanish, being the best guide for the many retreats held by The Sacred Healing Center in both Central and South America. Rest assured you are in good hands, with this friendly outgoing and responsible young woman.

Join us for our Horse Yoga Retreat in Jungles of Belize, where you will experience an adventurous and exotic time in the beautiful and tropical country of Belize. Our resort location, The Mayan Garden, is in the heart of the Belizean rain-forest. Discover and explore the Mayan Ruins of Lamanai, find pleasure in nature with our oga practice, and of course enjoy horse back riding with our Buffalo Safari tours.
