Lydia is a dedicated fitness and wellness coach with over 15 years of experience guiding people through physical and personal transformation. She blends Strength, movement and mindfulness to build resilience from the inside out.
Certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga (450+ hours), nutrition, Functional training & Program Design, and a psychology background, she brings a holistic and intelligent approach to training creates experiences that shift how people think, feel, and show up in life.
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU INSTRUCTOR
Jaime is the European Masters champion (2020) and a 3rd-degree BJJ black belt under Robin Gracie. He brought his exceptional BJJ skills to our team in 2022. Jaime thrives with both dedicated fighters and newcomers, offering an intense yet supportive environment that makes BJJ accessible for all levels.

Closest airport to fly in: Koh Samui Airport (USM), easily accessible from Bangkok (BKK or DMK). Another option (budget-friendly) is Surat Thani airport. From there, book a ferry to Koh Phanghan( 12Go website). We are 10 minutes from the Thong Sala Pier in Koh Phangan.
