"I signed up to this retreat last minute, not knowing totally what was involved & not knowing what I would get out of it... ...What I got was life changing. The whole team at Alegria have an incredible aura about them, creating a space where you can truly be yourself without being judged or worrying what people think (I was amazed at how many shields I had up). "If you are looking for a Retreat that is well organized in every way, with professionals who know what they are doing, friendship, good music, connection to everything, like minded people and good food then you have come across the right Retreat. "I felt called to book this retreat last minute and I am so glad that I trusted my intuition. This was my first experience with psychedelics and I am extremely grateful for the Alegria team assisting me through the journey! We had the opportunity to get to know the facilitators and the group a little before we arrived which helped me feel at ease. The setting for the retreat was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We were well looked after with delicious food and brilliant company. First of all: All guides were incredibly experienced, capable and undoubtedly had the best intentions at heart, which made me feel safe throughout the entire time at the Alegria Retreat. "I joined the retreat a few weeks ago. It was the highlight of a Process that started months ago. I was facing severe problems in social life and i felt, that i need to change things. From beginning I decided to be open to Alan and he handeled everything with respect and accompanied me during the preperatory phase. The retreat itself was very good organised, so everybody could focussing on personal growth and joining the shamanic rituals. It was my first experience with psychedelics and i felt always in a safe space even when the medicine made me going through some hard but healing experiences.
