HI! I am Sofi.
I am a mother, wife, Kung Fu / Tai Chi practitioner, content creator, holistic cook, and designer. 9 years ago I left my land of Uruguay in the quest for the Ancestral Knowledge of America and the guidance of Plant Medicine.

During my journey, I met Dr. Johnathan Flores. In our encounter, we recognized each other and decided to form a family.
It was then that we founded Nina Wasi.

I hold my home like any other woman in her temple. I am in charge of nutrition and order.
I am a self-taught holistic wellness cook. I am passionate about working with organic and clean ingredients. I love creating ferments that add probiotics and nutrients to our dishes.
