Oksana Jackson is a Hypno-Somatic Coach and retreat facilitator specializing in sound, breathwork, hypnosis, Kundalini yoga, and embodied integration. Her work is designed to help guests move beyond “trying harder” and into real, sustainable change through state regulation and deep nervous system support.

In her sessions, breath is used to shift physiology and open access to a more receptive, grounded state. From there, Oksana applies precise hypnotic suggestion to help update limiting beliefs, rewire emotional responses, and build a new inner baseline—calm, resilient, and aligned with the life you want to live.

This isn’t motivation or surface-level mindset work. It’s state change, anchored through somatic integration so the new mindset becomes your new normal. On retreat, her guidance supports better sleep, clearer focus, emotional stability, and a deeper connection to the body—so insights translate into consistent action after guests return home.
