Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools available to all of us and requires nothing more than our breath. Learning to use your breath consciously heals and releases old patterns. It brings mental, physical and emotional health, and you are in full control of the experience. The main technique used is the Conscious Connected, but all breathwork practices are supported. Changing the breathing pattern can bring health to all levels, and the most beautiful part is that you are in full control of the experience.


Consciously changing the way you breathe appears to send a signal to the brain to adjust the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system, which can slow heart rate and digestion and promote feelings of calm as well as the sympathetic system, which controls the release of stress hormones.
