Viktor Lemzikov is a Pravilo trainer, yoga coach, and mobility/stretching specialist. On retreat, his role is simple but essential: to help the body catch up with the mind. After deep inner work and powerful emotional shifts, people often realize their nervous system and posture still hold old patterns—tension, collapse, guarded breathing, and chronic “armor.” Viktor helps release that pattern at the physical level.
Pravilo work is a structured method of traction, alignment, and controlled load that supports posture, spinal length, and full-body integration. Combined with yoga and stretching, it can create a direct felt sense of verticality, stability, and personal power—so guests don’t just “understand” change, they embody it.
Viktor works with high precision and safety. Sessions are adapted to each person’s level and limitations, with clear technique and gradual progression. Many guests describe feeling more open in the chest and shoulders, freer in the hips, and more confident in their stance—because the body finally supports the new inner state.
