Why study with them?
One of the last masters I practiced Ashtanga with taught me a fundamental concept: in life, one must know how to let go of the ballast, not to be attached to anything or anyone, and to live in the here and now.
For me, the daily practice of yoga and meditation is the fuel that moves my inner energy and directs it toward achieving my goals. The mind is everything, and having the power to control it is truly powerful, even if the journey is long and difficult.
It is a constant discipline: for me, yoga is the primary essence; it is what teaches me every day about simplicity, sharing, and the necessity of 'perceiving' oneself once again."
