Susanna Hinderks

Susanna Hinderks is a somatic coach, yoga teacher and co-founder of Ikaros Project. She is a certified Master Coach, somatic coach, and yoga teacher with a focus on the therapeutic side of yoga. Her fascination with the inner life of others began in her youth, and her own relationship with psychedelics reaches back more than 35 years. Over time, she has gathered wisdom through direct experience while also honoring the growing body of scientific research that supports this work.

Her path has always been one of guiding others - from years as a diving instructor in Asia, safely leading people into new worlds, to over a decade of holding space for individuals in altered states of consciousness. She combines extensive training in coaching and embodied facilitation with deep compassion and respect for the courage it takes to truly know oneself.
