Divya’s teaching blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern understanding of the nervous system, shadow work, and emotional regulation. She believes healing does not come from pushing or fixing, but from creating safety — where the body can soften, emotions can be felt, and clarity can emerge naturally.
At The Quiet Between Retreat, Divya holds space with presence and simplicity. There is no pressure to perform, share, or transform. Participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and shed what they no longer need to carry.
