Megan Cassamas is a yoga teacher, somatic practitioner, ceremonialist, and holistic women’s wellness guide with over a decade of experience holding intentional spaces for healing and transformation. She is the founder of MOJA Yoga & Wellness and has been teaching movement, embodiment, and ritual-based practices since 2013.
Her work integrates somatic-based yoga, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and nature-based ritual, informed by extensive training in prenatal and postnatal yoga, birth and postpartum support, and somatic education. Megan is also trained in herbalism and Ayurveda, bringing a whole-person, cyclical approach to her retreats and offerings.
Megan has guided retreats, workshops, and weekly gatherings at Esalen Institute since 2021 and works with women locally and internationally. Her facilitation style is grounded, intuitive, and deeply relational—creating spaces where participants feel safe to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves in an embodied and meaningful way.
