Lorraine is a transformational retreat facilitator, yoga guide, and holistic wellness practitioner devoted to creating spaces where women can reconnect, heal, and return to themselves.
With a foundation in therapeutic bodywork and yoga, she brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and has spent years supporting clients through physical, emotional, and energetic restoration. Her work is grounded in nervous system awareness, intentional touch, and mindful movement—honouring the body as both a place of memory and a pathway to healing.
Lorraine’s approach is intuitive, embodied, and deeply nurturing. She weaves together massage therapy, yoga, breath, and grounding practices to create experiences that are both gentle and transformative. Through slow, intentional movement and stillness, she guides women back into connection with their bodies and into a greater sense of balance and inner calm.
Her work extends beyond individual sessions into transformational group spaces, where she facilitates women’s circles and retreats centred on reflection, connection, and renewal. She has also begun sharing her voice through podcast conversations, speaking to healing, self-discovery, and the power of returning to oneself.
