Cassie’s classes are choreography, she creates her sequences based on a theme and grounds the practice with alignment-based cues. You can expect a deep, explorative class that uses gravity, momentum, strength, and stability.

She is a senior teacher at NYC's Heatwise studios, and a leader in their Teacher Training program.
