About the Teacher
Why study with them?
My journey into yoga began in India, where I lived in 2005: a period that marked the start of a consistent practice and a deep inner exploration.
Over the years, I delved into the Ashtanga Vinyasa method and earned my certification as a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teacher in Milan.
In parallel, I developed interest and expertise in Mindfulness techniques through conscious meditation retreats, integrating the contemplative dimension with a clinical approach shaped by my degree in Physiotherapy and extensive experience in the field of health and movement.
With more than ten years spent in international contexts across Asia and the Middle East, I bring to my teaching an open, intercultural, and person‑centered perspective.
My teaching style is characterized by attentive guidance, precision, and the ability to create an inclusive space where body and breath become tools for balance, awareness, and transformation.
