About the Teacher
Why study with them?
In 2015, I embarked on my yoga journey by enrolling in my first TTC course. Since then, I've delved into the practice as both a student and a teacher. My areas of expertise lie in hatha and ashtanga yoga, complemented by a proficiency in vinyasa flow. Teaching yoga is a joy for me - it's a deeply personal and enriching experience that not only fosters my own growth but also guides others on their individual paths. My sessions are designed to take participants on a journey, beginning with warming up and culminating in a soothing final relaxation (savasana). Emphasizing proper alignment and the benefits of each asana, I aim to motivate everyone to engage in regular practice. Through my yoga journey, I endeavor to offer others an experience as transformative as the one I've had.
