About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Pam Malow-Isham is a retreat facilitator, author, and integrative wellness practitioner dedicated to helping women reconnect with their inner authority.
With more than four decades of experience in movement, bodywork, and transformational practices, Pam brings a grounded, disciplined approach to personal growth. Her work bridges nervous-system awareness, embodied reflection, and practical self-leadership — guiding women beyond self-doubt and into clarity, strength, and aligned decision-making.
Pam’s approach is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Having navigated her own seasons of reinvention, she understands the complexity of identity shifts, midlife transitions, and the quiet courage required to evolve. Rather than offering surface inspiration, she creates structured, intentional environments where women can slow down, examine their internal patterns, and recalibrate their lives from a place of self-trust.
She is the founder of Tranquil Power Women’s Retreats, an intimate, immersive experience designed for women seeking clarity, renewal, and grounded transformation.
Pam is the author of Brilliant Words To Grow By and holds certifications and advanced training in massage therapy, yoga, breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Cognomovement, and vibrational energy modalities. She is also a longtime ballroom dance instructor, National Ski Patrol member, and Advanced Master Gardener — reflecting her lifelong commitment to movement, resilience, and disciplined growth.
A lifelong learner with a practical sense of humor, Pam believes meaningful transformation is built through steady awareness, embodied practice, and courageous self-honesty.
