About the Teacher

Why study with them?

My yoga journey began back in 2011 and I fell in love with the practice and the mind-body-soul connection. Years later, following a chronic illness diagnosis and feeling generally exhausted from my fast-paced TV career, I flew to Bali to complete my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and haven't looked back!

For me, life has become about finding balance. My health and wellness comes first and a work/life balance is my priority. Yoga has been a huge part of my healing process and my understanding of the nervous system and how our minds are so connected to our bodies is embedded in my teaching style.

By sharing yoga with others, I hope to give you that little sense of peace and calm throughout your busy work week while strengthening the body and mind in a way that can be carried through to daily life.

I welcome all levels and invite you to explore the transformative power of yoga and holistic well-being practices with me.
