Details of this retreat

12 one-hour yoga sessions via video call, either weekly over 12 weeks or bi-weekly over six weeks. You'll receive individualised guidance and support with a focus on the aspects of yoga that are of the most interest and relevance to you.

Sessions may include physical postures and alignment, breathing, meditation, relaxation, yoga philosophy and Ayurveda, and will guide you to deepen your practice in a way that suits you and your life.

Schedule

We'll begin with a longer consultation to discuss your intentions and needs. and each subsequent session will begin with a check-in to tailor the class to your needs for the day. Classes may include a combination of yoga postures, breathing, meditation, yoga nidra, ayurveda and yoga philosophy.

What's Not Included

  • Zoom or other video platform subscription - you can attend these meetings with the free version of Zoom.
