Oksana Kolenitchenko is a Health Coach who has helped thousands of women understand their bodies, lose weight and finally feel better again. Her work is not based on theories, but on her own experience. After going through a severe health breakdown where nothing seemed to work, she started to deeply study the body, nutrition, detox and the connection between physical and mental health.
What makes her approach different is that she doesn’t believe in restrictions, extreme diets or quick fixes. Instead, she focuses on understanding how the body actually works, so that real, long-term change becomes possible.
Today, she combines her knowledge, experience and intuitive understanding to guide her clients step by step, helping them reconnect with their body, reduce symptoms and create a lifestyle that truly supports their health.
