She is a certified Reiki Master and former Hollywood Hair Stylist. Kristal Rose now calls Costa Rica her home where she has lived with her family for over a decade. Her extensive experience hosting Goddess circles, coupled with her studies in trauma resolution response therapy, ensures that she creates the safest possible container, always filled with love, and unwavering support. Her core mission is to redefine the word Selfish changing its negative condensation into a powerful, positive, action. She passionately believes that when women Unapologetically take care of themselves, they fill their own cups, and then they have infinitely more to offer the world.
