About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Im an enthusiastic and dedicated person with an infectious passion for health, yoga, exploration, creativity and life in general. With more than 12 years experience teaching, I have years of personal and professional experience as a personal traininer, group class instructor and yoga teacher to share with guests.
In younger years, I was a non-professional althlete and freelance Creative Designer, finally making my passion for health a full time career in my late twenties.
My fascination with the MIND-BODY connection led me towards Health Coaching, Reiki, Aerial & Yoga accreditations. I am particularly motivated to share Yoga and Myo-fascial release as a tool to help sooth chronic pain, as Hyper-mobility and pain have been a continual life lesson.
I have had many fun highlights in my career: blasting fat from celebs (No 1 Bootcamp), working on Celebrity Cruiseships, and ‘hanging’ up-side down as an Aerial Yoga teacher on Channel 4´s - ´New Life in the Sun´.
