Why study with them?

Abode head chef, Amber Maisano has been dedicated to the healing culinary arts since 2004, with a focus on holistic health and macrobiotic cooking. Her journey began through personal transformation, overcoming chronic fatigue syndrome using macrobiotic principles, which inspired her to share this path with others. Amber trained and taught at the renowned Kushi Institute in Becket, MA, and has since served as a private chef for many individuals and families. Today, she brings warmth and creativity to her role as Head Chef and Kitchen Manager at The Abode, and continues to share her gifts as a chef aboard the annual Holistic Holiday at Sea cruise.
