About The Teacher

Lisas travels, not only around the world but also to her inner self, lead her to her passion, Yoga. She took her first class in the middle of the lush green jungle in Costa Rica when she was 18, and since then she developed her own mindful practice as well as pursued a Yoga teacher training with Marianne Wells Yoga School in Cahuita, Costa Rica. Lisa is a joyful student of life and in teaching about connecting with the inner self in awareness and love she wants to share her knowledge and passion for Yoga with her students. She aspires to teach mindful movement, and in combining clear alignment instruction with comforting hands-on adjustments, she aims to provide an inviting practice for everyone. For her, Yoga is a way to bring harmony to body, mind and spirit and to living a more conscious, purposeful and loving life. She believes her service is to support people on their own path of their Yoga journey and to meet her student´s unique requirements. Lisa primarily teaches from the traditions of Hatha, but also teaches Vinyasa, Restorative, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra and Dao Yoga. Besides teaching Yoga, Lisa also practices Aerial Hoop, Hoop Dance and is pursuing her Masters Degree in International Business and Export Management.
