I studied psychology to find answers – especially solutions for unhappiness, because I grew up with a lot of suffering around me, and I didn’t understand why some people (what it looked like at the time) chose to be miserable.
I didn’t find all the answers in my psychology books, but it gave me the language/framework, that later became essential to understanding and developing the practice that I have today.
The keys to unlocking the mystery I found in my psychedelic work and journey. I learned that the extent to which we thrive can be measured in how much we love ourselves – and how much we show up for ourselves and are willing to accept our shadows for what they are – shadows...
I used the last four years to develop my practice, and today I’m working with clients to help them achieve self-love and acceptance – because if you learn to cultivate that, success will follow.
