About The Teacher
Karen has been teaching yoga for over 3 years, after leaving her corporate job in the UK. She has practiced and taught in places like Thailand, India, Malaysia and London. She has co-led and assisted in various Teacher Training courses and led yoga alignment workshops and wellness retreats. There is a holistic approach to her practice, where breath work, body awareness and mindfulness are always encouraged. Her classes are alignment based, with variations and modifications to suit all levels.
