Gail Aylward
About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Disillusioned with her banking career, Gail Aylward left her life in the city, and started practicing meditation and yoga in the early 1990s in India and in Europe. After some years, she began to teach retreats offering the combination of these ancient practices.
She co-founded Moulin de Chaves meditation retreat centre in SW France in 2005, and continues to be involved, as co-director and program coordinator.
The same year Gail became a student of the Diamond Approach. Inspired and transformed by these teachings, she joined their 10 year teacher training program and in 2021 was ordained as a teacher/minister. She has been supporting group/retreats, and individual processes in this path since then.
