About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Undergrad in Journalism and Communication Sciences. I had my first experience with yoga at the age of 16 years old. Soon I discovered the teachings of BKS Iyengar and I immersed my self in the practical aspects of yoga. .
I travelled for the first time to India at the age of 18, where I got fascinated by the culture of this country. Since then I have not stopped travelling and living long periods of time in India, studying and practicing with teachers and masters of yoga, Ayurveda, classical Indian music and the non dual philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism.
In India I have studied extensively with Iyengar masters such us Amit Raina and Lina Ma (Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga)Rajiv and Swati Chanchani, Usha Devi and at the Ramamani Memorial Iyengar Yoga Institute (RIMYI) with Prashant Iyengar , Geeta and Abhijata. At the moment I am attending the training of Yoga iyengar in Nice with Christian Pisano and June. They are also followers of Kashmir Shaivism.
My practice and methodology is the result of the teachings from my masters, my personal practice and the interpretations -revelations I had along the way.
I am honored to work with my teachers from the Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga, Amit Raina and Lina Ma.
I have also trained and keep on studying Ayurveda, tai chi, feldenkreis, music therapy, eneagram, coaching and all those tecnics and arts that allow me to explore my self.
