About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Lindsey Foden is a Crystal Bowl Sound Alchemist, yogi and surfer. She graduated from Mount Madonna Center as a Registered Yoga Teacher and has taken workshops at the Esalen in Big Sur, California with Shiva Rea. She has guided meditations at the 418 Project in Santa Cruz, California for ecstatic dancers. From a young age she has explored dream states and astral projections that continue to provide her with insights for her journey. Along her path she has worn many vocational hats including working to fight crime at the Santa Cruz District Attorneys Office as a Paralegal and working to prevent ocean pollution for the City of Santa Cruz. She is committed to living authentically and passionately. She has a strong desire to be of service to all from a place of non-judgment and acceptance.
