Since taking her first Art of Living course in 1999, which led to a complete recovery from serious health issues and a profound transformation in her outlook on life, Maninder has made it her life’s mission to share these practical, life-changing tools and wisdom.
A Brampton resident since 1995, she is deeply passionate about contributing to the well-being of her local community. For over 20 years, she has conducted health and wellness seminars, taught youth empowerment programs in inner-city high schools in Toronto and Vancouver, and consistently delivered exceptional results.
Her commitment lies in helping people overcome personal challenges, lead more fulfilling lives, and discover the power of breathing, meditation, and self-awareness to keep the body healthy and the mind happy.
