About the Teacher
Why study with them?
My work can introduce you to another way of being and experiencing your life. In working with me, together we release or transform the emotional or mental patterns that are keeping you stuck in situations, relationships or events that are no longer serving your higher good. We then create new mental and emotional patterns that allow you to bring in a more joy, peace and abundance. How quickly you can adjust, get up to speed with and navigate these times with joy, peace, and love and acceptance is the name of the game. My work is a launchpad for you to go to the next level.
A bit about me:
I grew up riding horses and loving the outdoors. When I was 17 I started playing tennis, and became an avid tennis player in my 20’s. I was hooked on the game and loved the sport. I became a top ranked player in Alabama due to my love of the game and was ranked # 2 in the state. I still love the game and play as much as I can. I became a mom rather late in life, and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl when I was 43. Needless to say I became full-time mom for many years, and now have the pleasure of watching my daughter live a successful life as she pursues her passions and higher education. They do grow up.
I have been working in the healing arts for the last 30 years. Out of my own curiosity to know more, I trained and certified in a variety of healing modalities. Each training and modality gave me tools I was seeking at the time. I now offer my own work to my clients and students and weaving in what is needed.
I have lived in Hindu Ashrams, sat and meditated in Buddhist Monasteries and studied with some of the top leading edge teachers on the planet. I have studied A Course in Miracles, and am an avid student of Quantum Physics.
My trainings include the Awakening Your Light Body, Transformational Breathwork, Clarity Breathwork, Access Consciousness, The work of Byron Katie, Emotion Code, Body Code, Matrix Energetics, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Psych K, NLP and EFT. I am a top selling author on The DailyOM with my best selling course Reiki Healing For Beginners.
Being a Mom and life itself is actually the best training of all. Life is the perfect reflector of our own consciousness and I continue to learn and grow.
