About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Doña Martha is from Mocoa, Putumayo and now lives in La Gran Via a few hours outside of Bogota. She has been working with yage for more than 50 years training with various members of her family. She is a western-medicine trained nurse and a traditional Inga curandera.

Doña Marta
There is no human expression available for me to describe the love I have for this woman.
I arrived in Columbia and was lovingly welcomed by her husband at the airport.
Like Doña Marta, he is a gorgeous soul brimming with wisdom and life well-lived.
Their relationship reflects the depth of character & respect they hold in common.
Marta, from the first ceremony, became the shamanic Earth Mother. Her certainty and
gentile manner quickly eased any apprehensions. Her face glows of compassionate
understanding and her aura exudes the wisdom of a high priestess who sees the shadows
and knows the light.
Six ceremonies in a short stay at the farm. To describe the experiences would require a novella.
Through each step, she was a loving, nurturing Mother.
I'm 40 this year and spent the better part of my life in denial and avoidance. Marta's practice
and her medicine took me to the depths of those canyons. Her presence and the love they have
sowed into every bit of her farm brought me to an inexplicable understanding of this planet and
my shared purpose while here.
I strongly recommend her and anticipate returning.

Magical Woman
I am so thankful for the service that Donna Martha provides. She is a pure, kind hearted, knowledgable in plant medicine, and beautiful musician. It was so easy to feel comfortable under her care. She knew where I was in my journey and always made safe and healing recommendations with the medicine doses. Her music is sacred, calms and uplifts your state of consciousness. I can not imagine a better person to experience this sacred medicine with.

These ladies are absolutely amazing and gifted
My first visit to this beautiful retreat was an eye opener on how to clear out the junk from my past. Then I went back with my daughter and son and I had a really remarkable experience. I wrote about my experience and my boyfriend read it and said "sign me up" So I did and we both went. After eight years of him refusing to marry me, he purposed after his ceremonies because he said he now found love for him Self so he could love me. It is an amazing place and more importantly, Dona Martha and Carolina are so gifted and present to what you are experiencing so you are never alone. My life is now so peaceful without all the Self-sabotage that I used to have in my life.
