About the Teacher
Why study with them?
It was not until several years ago that I felt a total "shift" in my personal life as I embraced these teachings I found early on. Inspiration beckoned which lead me to become a 200hr certified Yoga Teacher in 2015 and begin publicly teaching and sharing my understanding of the practice with the world.
I have explored a vast array of styles and learned directly from teachers like Tim Miller, Seane Corn, Dharma Mittra, and Annie Carpenter. All of which helped deepen my knowledge as I have now developed my own personal style of a mindfulness based approach to teaching and practice.
Through the study and practice of Eastern meditation, I also teach a very approachable meditation technique to help cultivate inner peace, happiness, and clarity in your life.
