Having overcome her own health challenges through dietary changes, Kristina brings both professional expertise and personal empathy to her coaching.  She combines dietary adjustments, lifestyle tweaks, and stress management techniques in her Midlife Makeover Method to create personalised plans that fit seamlessly into her clients’ busy lives, so the changes are easy to maintain. Her signature process helps clients find relief from menopausal symptoms, shed stubborn belly fat, and feel confident in their skin, all without sacrificing their favourite desserts or battling through extreme workouts.

Outside her professional life, Kristina loves hiking, cooking and exploring new restaurants.
