Neil Kirwan

Sowa Soma was founded by Fiona and Neil, a husband and wife team who have been working with medicinal plants for over a decade. For the past six years they have held retreats and ceremonies in Europe. Two years ago they relocated to Costa Rica's Caribbean coast to deepen their connection with Ayahuasca and to offer ceremonial work in its verdant jungle.

During Neil's time in the medicine world, he has sat in many circles both indigenous and non indigenous to the Amazon. He has come to know and learn from lineages within the Shipibo-Konibo and Huni Kuin tribes. As part of his continuation to learn with plants, Neil has carried out a number of master plant dietas including Noya Rao, Mugwort, White Sage, Chuchuwasi, Rose, Dandelion, Bobinsana and />
Neil follows the path of Noya Rao and is currently dieting Noya Rao under the Mahua Shipibo Konibo lineage. Both have dieted with Tina Courtney. The plant dietas are an anchor for the work they do and support them and their space in many ways.

Neil offers pre and post ceremonial support, integration coaching, 121 and small group ayahuasca ceremonies, retreats, and soul retrievals.
