Why study with them?

Yoga is in Kat’s very DNA—both her mother and brother are dedicated yogis. She dabbled in yoga while young and beginning in 2020 when her job was sent home, she leaned hard into guided meditation. This dramatically changed her life for the better and led her to begin a dedicated yoga practice for the past 5 years. Since summer 2025, she is now on a path to become a 200 hr. Registered Yoga Teacher!

Kat lives with chronic pain and has found yoga and meditation to be useful tools she relies on daily, like medicine. Her passion now is to share her peace by guiding and flowing with others to help quiet chattery minds, connect with the present moment, and find freedom in trauma-informed, accessible, joyful movement for everyBODY.
