Why study with them?

I’m Danielle Redmond — holistic nutritionist, retreat chef, and guide — and the founder of Holistika Kitchen.

For over a decade, I’ve supported people through nourishment, detoxification, and restorative retreats that honour both the body’s intelligence and the nervous system’s need for safety. My work sits at the intersection of whole-food nutrition, digestive health, and gentle, regulation-first renewal.

I specialise in thoughtfully phased detox retreats — programmes designed to support digestion, liver and lymphatic function, and deep restoration without extremes. Rather than pushing the body, I work with it: prioritising grounding, rhythm, and nervous system regulation as the foundation for any meaningful cleansing or change.

My background includes holistic nutrition, mind-body eating psychology, and years of hands-on retreat catering and facilitation. Since 2015, I’ve nourished and supported hundreds of retreat guests across Europe, creating food and experiences that are both deeply satisfying and physiologically supportive.

Food is central to my work — not as restriction, but as relationship. Each meal is crafted to reduce digestive load, support detox pathways, and help the body feel safe enough to release, repair, and rebuild.

Originally from the UK and raised in southern Spain, I now live and work on the Mediterranean coast, collaborating with retreat centres and facilitators to create spaces that feel held, spacious, and deeply human.

My intention is simple:
to help people reconnect with their bodies — gently, intelligently, and with compassion.
